DAY-2

On my second day of practicum, I observed children engaging in puzzles, art, reading, and lunchtime routines. They showed problem-solving and teamwork while working on puzzles, and expressed creativity at the art table. In the reading corner, some listened to stories while others explored books independently, supporting language development. During lunch, children practiced self-help skills and social interaction. The day highlighted how simple activities can support learning and development in meaningful ways.

Day-3

On my third day , I observed children enjoying a variety of activities despite the rainy weather. They played outside in the yard with raincoats and boots, showing excitement and curiosity as they explored puddles and wet surfaces. Later, the group gathered indoors for a fun dance session, moving to music together and expressing joy through movement. During quiet time, the children played silently with their toys, showing focus and calmness. The day reflected a balance of active play, creativity, and self-regulation, even in changing environments.

Day-4

On my fourth day , one child became upset and chose to sit in the calm corner, where they were supported by an educator in a quiet and comforting space. During playtime, several children wore toy face masks, using them creatively in pretend play and showing imagination and role-playing skills. Later, the group visited the park, where the children ran, climbed, and explored the natural environment with energy and excitement. This day highlighted the value of emotional support, imaginative play, and the benefits of outdoor experiences

Day-5

On my fifth day , the children enjoyed a sunny day at a nearby park where they played various group games, ran around, and engaged in active play. The warm weather lifted everyone’s mood and encouraged lots of movement and social interaction. After returning to the center, the children took part in making apple pie, measuring and mixing ingredients together with excitement.

Day- 6

On my sixth day, the children participated in a fun cooking activity where they made yogurt with bananas and sprinkles, promoting healthy eating and independence. They also spent time doing art, using different materials to express their creativity. Later, the children played outside in the sand area for a long time, digging, building, and exploring textures together.

Day-7

On my seventh day, it was an inside day, and the children spent time building with blocks, working together to create different structures and practicing problem-solving skills. They also enjoyed using my camera to take pictures of themselves, showing curiosity, creativity, and pride in capturing their own moments. The day was filled with imaginative indoor play and opportunities for self-expression.

Day-8

On my eighth and final day of practicum, we spent almost the entire day outside in the yard. The children played with water, and I joined in, making the activity even more fun and engaging. Since we were expecting a heat wave, the plan was to stay outside only in the morning, but the afternoon weather was pleasant, so we continued our outdoor play. Together, we also cleared out spaces and tidied the sand area, ending my practicum with a joyful mix of active play, teamwork, and caring for our environment.
